IT'S TRUE, WOMEN FIB BETTER

WOMEN are better at telling porkies than men, a report has found.

And the lie most often used is "Nothing's wrong - I'm fine" when, in fact, we have the weight of the world on our shoulders.

Two-thirds agree women are more skilled in the art of fibbing than men, says the poll of more than 4,000 by Mr Porky pork scratchings.

We tell most lies to our partners, our colleagues and employers. A Mr Porky spokeswoman said: "Most occur when we are too polite to say the truth."

女性「膺」大話王 「很高興見到你」非真心話

誰最懂得講大話？是政客？是外遇丈夫？還是小童？據英國《星期日鏡報》報道，原來通通都不是！報道引述一項民意調查聲稱，原來最懂得說大話的是女人。調查還列出10句最常說的大話，「很高興見到你」、「我身上無零錢」、「對不起，接不到你的電話」都榜上有名！

據《星期日鏡報》報道，有關民調訪問了超過4000人，發現有多達三分二受訪者同意，論講大話的能力，女性比男性高強。調查又發現，人們最經常掛在口邊的大話是「我很好，沒什麼問題！」說出這句話的人，其實往往內心都很煩惱。下次若聽到有人這樣回答你，也許閣下還是不信為佳。

至於第二句講得最多的大話，則是大家與別人見面時最常說的一句話——「很高興見到你（Nice to meet you）。」

調查指出，人們最常說大話的對象，分別是伴侶、同事和老闆。不過負責調查機構的發言人也解釋說：「謊話的出現，大多數都是因為我們太好禮貌，不想直接說出真相老實話而已。」
