The Influence of Arousal

Chapter 5 of Predicably Irrational is about "The Influence of Arousal". It says we Dr Jekyll don't actually know the Mr Hyde side of ourselves. So we should not expect ourselves to control Mr Hyde, instead, we'd better prevent Mr Hyde from being awaked at all in the first place. Another strategy is to acknowledge the unpredicability of Mr Hyde and reduce the harm Mr Hyde would do. A practical example is to bring a condom, always.

Problem is, my Hyde is awaked. And there's no way to cut its harm. So now what should I do?
